After 19 years of Headship across two HMC boarding schools, and well over three decades of experience working in the independent sector in the UK, I retired from the Headship of The Leys School in Cambridge in 2025. I am now keen to use my experience in support of colleagues, schools, Governors and parents. To that end, I established ‘Martin Priestley Consulting’.
